Hydrated skin maintains a youthful appearance and promotes cell growth. Drink six to sight glasses of water daily for maximum results. If you don’t like water, try flavored water.Natural oils and juices are effective for treating acne. Apricot juice cuts through cysts.Lemon juice serves as an exfoliate removing dry skin cells which cause acne. Apply lemon juice to infected area and let stand for ten minutes then rinse. Cucumber juice used a topical solution with lettuce , alfafa, and carrot juice is an excellent natural acne remedy.Honey and vinegar are some other natural acne remedies to try. Honey contains anti-bacterial properties and is gentle on the skin. It destroys surface bacteria when applied to the face. Honey can be used two to three time weekly depending on the results. Apply distilled vinegar to the face as a topical solution and let stay for around ten minutes and rinse with cool water. Other effective natural acne remedies are tomatoes, lime juice and lettuce. Tomatoes work well on small patches of acne. Cut a ripe tomato in half length-wise. Place the inside, wet portion on your face. Leave for about an hour then rinse. Boil half a glass of milk and let cool. Add same amount of juice. Make sure mixture has cooled before applying to face. Soak lettuce for two hours in water Apply to the skin as a rinse.
