Very therapeutic. I”l say only one thing some people may not have had a happy childhood so when that part comes up just think back to a very happy,perfect time in your life. This isn’t “stage” hypnosis. So your not going to be boking like a chicken lol whoever said that. Everyone can be hypnotized. You are actually Hypnotized all the time. People take suggestions differently. So if one way doesn’t work another can.
